We want you to be happy with your purchase so we gladly accept returns and exchanges on eligible products.
Eligible Products:
- Must be returned in the original, factory condition. Original factory condition means the item(s) is unaltered (which includes brushing, combing or cutting), unworn, undamaged, free of environmental odors, with tags attached and in the original packaging. If any component is missing or altered no refund or exchange can be given. Due to the sanitary nature of wigs and hairpieces these guidelines are strictly enforced.
- Returned item(s) must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt of the original order to be eligible for exchange or return.

Ineligible Products:
- All costume wigs, facial hair and eyelashes, care products, accessories, headwear, clearance or special sale items, special orders (orders with a retail of $259.00 or more), discontinued items and wholesale orders are not eligible for return or exchange. These are final sale so please choose wisely and proofread your order before placing it.
- Item(s) postmarked outside of 7 days from original receipt are not eligible for exchange or return.
If you return an ineligible item(s) you have three options:
- We can return the item(s) to you at your cost.
- We can dispose of the item(s) for you.
- We can donate the item(s) to a charity in the Northern California area with receipt of donation available upon request. Should you choose this option you will receive a coupon code for 20% off one future purchase at Max Wigs.

Returns:
- Simply return your eligible item(s) postmarked within 7 days of original receipt. Item(s) must be eligible for return. Please read eligibility guidelines above. Be sure to include your name, order number and indicate the item(s) is being returned for a refund. Please note you are responsible for all shipping charges to return the item(s) back to us.
- We value our customers trust. Therefore, we have a policy to not sell worn or previously owned item(s). We incur a fee to return items to the manufacturer. Thus a 25% or $10.00 (whichever is greater) restocking fee will be applied for all returned merchandise.
- Once an eligible return is received and inspected we will issue a refund to the original payment method for any item(s) returned minus original shipping charges and the 25% or $10.00 (whichever is greater) restocking fee.
Exchanges:
- Your first exchange is free. Simply return your eligible exchange item(s) postmarked within 7 days of original receipt. Please note you are responsible for any shipping charges incurred to return the item(s) back to us. Products must be eligible for exchange. Please read product eligibility guidelines above. Please be sure to include your name, order number and indicate you'd like an exchange.
- Place a new order for the color and style you would like.
- Once we receive and inspect the item(s) for exchange and verify receipt of a new order, we will issue a credit back to your original payment method for the amount of the item(s) minus shipping charges. Shipping charges are not refundable.
- We allow one exchange, on one order at no charge. Subsequent exchanges will incur a 15% restock fee. Customers who repeatedly return items for exchange may incur a higher restocking fee at our discretion. A 20% restock fee will be applied to exchanges on orders of 4 or more items.
- In the event the item(s) you wish to exchange for is out of stock, on back order or discontinued you may choose to wait for the item(s), receive a store credit or choose to receive a refund of the original order minus shipping charges. Refunds will be applied to the form of payment in the original order.
Defective Items:
If you recieve an item that is defective you must contact our customer support department within 5 business days. Requests for a defective product review received after 5 business days will not be honored. Please contact our customer support department at 888-661-8884 for more information.
