Please note the information listed below is a general guideline. We reserve the right to use the most efficient and economical shipping method to delivery orders within selected delivery time-frame.

We offer 4 Domestic US and 3 International shipping options:

    1. Economy shipping takes 7-10 business days

    2. Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days

    3. Express shipping takes 2–3 business days

    4. Premium shipping takes 1-2 business days

    5. International First Class shipping takes 12–16 business days (This method does not provide location-by-location tracking)

    6. International Priority shipping takes 6-10 business days

    7. International Express shipping takes 3-6 business days

* All shipping promotions apply to Economy shipments only.
** We are not responsible for any duties, taxes, or additional charges that may be charged by Customs for any International deliveries.
***For the cardholder's protection, the company reserves the right to send orders to the billing address if a differing shipping address cannot be verified.

Order Processing

  • Generally, orders require 1 business day to process an order before the selected time-frame begins.

      • Express and Premium shipping orders will ship same day as long as order was placed before 12pm PST. If they are not, they will be shipped the very next business day.

  • Order Changes will only be accepted up to 6 hours from when the order is completed during normal business hours.

      • In order to expedite orders as quickly as possible, Express or Premium orders do not have any processing time grace period and cannot be changed in any way once the order is placed.

  • Shipping time-frames stated for each of our shipping options is the estimated number of business days it will take for you to receive your order after your order is processed properly.

      • The day your order ships does NOT count as a shipping day.

      • Additionally, our shippers do not deliver on Saturday, Sunday or National Holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Friday After Thanksgiving, Christmas Day and New Years Day). These do not count as shipping days.

      • “Business Days” are defined as weekdays, Monday-Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays. Please be aware of the above guidelines when selecting a shipping method.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. If you need additional information, please email

We cannot control the processes of USPS and UPS. Please note once an order is accepted into the shippers tracking system we cannot be held responsible for delays, damage or lost packages by the shipper. All claims to lost packages must be made with the shipper directly.

Cancellation Fees

For any shipments returned to us due to a bad address, refusal upon delivery, or cancellation after 6 hours of placing order; there will be a 15% cancellation fee charged. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable.

NOTE: Credit cards are charged upon order placement. If we are unable to fulfill our obligation to ship any order, we will refund the amount charged to the original credit card.

Incorrect billing information and/or shipping to an alternate address may cause shipping delays, as information must be verified. Prices, specifications, and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Any typographical, photographic, or specification error in products or pricing is subject to correction. We will notify you of any corrections or changes and ask for your approval before we complete your order.
